Chocolate is the most popular food in many western countries, many cities have its own chocolate brand and factory. Haigh’s, as the famous local chocolate brand in Adelaide, was established in 1915. It is also Australia’s oldest chocolate manufacturer. It has grown from the original shop to a modern factory complex today. In the free tours, I got a peek at how chocolate is made from raw cocoa beans and enjoy special chocolate tasting.
